ABAS Counter Intercom Systems offer real time two-way duplex communication between two areas that are physically separated by a partition, most commonly by a safety glass.

The system features a desktop unit with a microphone and built-in loudspeaker which is located next to the operator and a speaker with a built-in microphone at the customer side. The communication is totally automatic without the use of a button, with automatic background noise adjustment for optimum results.

Optionally, the employee can be equipped with a microphone / headset set.
